Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Kshudhanshu Developers, we believe in fair and transparent cancellation and refund policies. This document outlines the terms under which you can cancel your services and request refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation Process
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- • Emailing kshudhanshudevelopers@atomicmail.io with subject "Cancellation Request"
- • Providing 30 days written notice
- • Specifying the effective cancellation date
1.2 Cancellation Notice Period
Standard Plans: 30 days notice required
Enterprise Plans: 90 days notice required (as per contract)
Immediate Cancellation: Available for technical failures (no charges applied)
1.3 Cancellation Effective Date
Your cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle after the notice period expires.
You will have full access to services until the final day of your billing period.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in the following scenarios:
- Unused Prepaid Services: Full refund for unused months (pro-rated)
- Service Downtime (>99%): Credits equal to downtime percentage
- Deployment Failure: Full refund if solution cannot be deployed within 30 days
- Billing Error: Full refund for duplicate or unauthorized charges
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT refundable:
- • Services already consumed or used
- • Custom development work (unless contract specifies otherwise)
- • Setup and onboarding fees
- • Consulting and advisory services
- • Training and certification programs
2.3 Refund Timeline
Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after request approval
Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Pro-rated Amounts: Calculated on a daily basis for partial month refunds
2.4 Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- 1. Email kshudhanshudevelopers@atomicmail.io with subject "Refund Request"
- 2. Provide invoice number and refund reason
- 3. Include supporting documentation if applicable
- 4. We'll review and respond within 5 business days
3. Credit Towards Services
As an alternative to refunds, we offer account credits:
- • Credits have the same value as refund amount
- • Credits are valid for 12 months
- • Credits are transferable to other services
- • No expiration for enterprise customers
4. Data After Cancellation
4.1 Data Retention
Upon cancellation, your data is handled as follows:
- • Immediate: Access to dashboard is revoked
- • Days 1-30: Data backed up and downloadable
- • Days 31-90: Data in retention storage (no charges)
- • Day 91+: Permanent deletion unless extended
4.2 Data Export
We provide free data export in standard formats (JSON, CSV, XML) during the 30-day grace period after cancellation.
5. Special Cases
5.1 Early Termination Fees (Enterprise)
For enterprise contracts with lock-in periods:
- • If cancelled within lock-in period: Remaining contract balance may be charged
- • Exceptions available for bankruptcy or service failure
5.2 Service Suspension Due to Non-Payment
If your account is suspended for non-payment:
- • You have 15 days to pay outstanding invoices
- • After 15 days, we may terminate your account
- • No refunds issued for suspended accounts with unpaid balances
5.3 Voluntary Service Pause
For flexibility, we offer service pauses (not cancellation):
- • Pause for up to 3 months without losing your configuration
- • Resume at any time with full data intact
- • No charges during paused period
